Sunday Divine Blessings teleconference is a bit like “office hours” for the soul with Master Sha. Each session includes the weekly Divine Gifts and Divine Water for registered participants. Master Sha asks his students to purchase books as a universal service. Students share books at libraries, schools, hospitals, shelters and holistic health centers as well as with individuals.
Each book contains teachings and practices, including energy work, affirmations, meditations, visualizations and chanting. Books in the Soul Power Series contain blessings for the reader. Soul Mind Body Science System andSoul Healing Miracles (as well as Miracle Soul Healer by William Gladstone) contain Tao Calligraphy scrolls that can be used in practices. Students often give multiple copies to others so that they can use the books to create meditation circles.
Master Sha encourages others to learn the practices, so the books offer a way for people to connect with energy, light and messages available to anyone at anytime.
All retreats are open to the public and may run from 10 am to 10 pm, or longer. People are advised that the events run long because Master Sha teaches in flow, which means he allows higher wisdom, messages and light to flow through him. When he enters the flow, he doesn’t interrupt the transmission of messages and blessings until they are complete for that day. Master Sha lets participants know that they are welcome to come and go as they need while the flow of teachings continue throughout the day.
Master Sha follows the ancient tradition of creating an altar to honor the Divine. Participants are welcome to bring food and drinks to be blessed for the altar, and they also may eat and drink the shared offerings. Participants are encouraged to rest, take breaks and have meals during the retreat. People around the world are welcome to watch the retreat online through the webcast.
Master Sha is committed to serving others through both free and paid offerings.
Many free services can be accessed online, including Divine blessings, Divine Soul Songs, the Chanting Channel and countless free videos on the Master Sha YouTube Channel. Every Saturday and Sunday, Master Sha and the Certified Master Teachers offer blessings and teachings through teleconferences and webcasts. The Chanting Channel features live and taped events, blessings and practices online 24/7 at no charge. Certified Master Teachers and practitioners also offer free Tao Hands and free Soul Healing evenings around the world.
Master Sha and the Certified Master Teachers do charge for some services, retreats and videos to cover the costs for producing these offerings. It takes a committed team of Certified Master Teachers, and administrative and web staff to bring forth the shared vision of empowering others to provide service, self-healing teachings and soul empowerment to the world.
As a medical doctor trained in Western medicine, traditional Chinese medicine and acupuncture, Master Sha has always served others. In 2003, the Divine came to Master Sha during a workshop and told him that he had been chosen as a direct servant, vehicle and channel of the Divine. In 2008, the Tao, which is the Source, chose him as a servant of humanity and Tao.
This means that when Master Sha offers blessings to others, the Divine and Tao will flow directly through him. Master Sha doesn’t use his own physical energy when he does this spiritual work. He calls upon the power of the Divine and the Tao to offer blessings to help others to maintain health and well-being.
Through training programs offered by Master Sha at the Tao Institute, more than 50 Certified Master Teachers have been empowered as Certified Master Teachers to offer these same services. In addition, 6,000 people have been trained by Certified Master Teachers to become Tao Hands Practitioners. Together, Master Sha, the Certified Master Teachers and the Tao Hands Practitioners serve others by empowering them with spiritual practices.
A part of the process of empowering others is teaching people how to open their spiritual channels so that they may connect with spiritual masters, saints, divine beings and their own soul. Anyone can open a connection to the Soul World to receive guidance and blessings.
In Chinese culture, people who desire to learn from a master teacher may study as a student or as a disciple. However, there is a difference in what is learned. In China, a disciple learns the true secrets to mastery while a student may study without winning the trust of the master to pass on the true knowledge. When Master Sha calls someone a disciple, he is bestowing an honor from his Chinese heritage that he will pass on the depths of his wisdom and teachings to this dedicated student.
Master Sha also practices Chinese forms of courtesy learned from his childhood, including bowing down to teachers and masters. He was taught to bow down to the floor to honor his tai chi masters, qi gong masters and kung fu masters. In many Asian cultures, bowing down is a form of respect and honor, not servitude. During retreats, Master Sha continues to show this courtesy when he honors the Divine and his spiritual fathers and mothers. Master Sha’s disciples have adopted this form of courtesy as well to show gratitude and love for the Divine blessings received from the teachings.
The label is like an address on a letter. It ensures that the proper blessing goes to the right bottle or container.
Chanting out loud — yang chanting — vibrates the larger cells and spaces of the body. Chanting silently — yin chanting — vibrates the smaller cells and spaces of the body. Both ways of chanting are important: yin and yang. Both work. When lying down, chant silently. Chanting out loud while lying down can drain your energy.
Most important is to learn and do a simple forgiveness practice daily. Love and forgiveness are the golden keys to staying happy and healthy.
Each of Master Sha’s books contain powerful practices. They apply the Four Power Techniques:
Many healing modalities apply one or more of these techniques, but to apply all four at the same time is powerful. Choose a practice that resonates with you.
Listen to the Divine Soul Song Love, Peace and Harmony and chant it several times daily. You can have it playing in your home or workplace 24/7 on low volume. Everything has a soul. Make a request for a blessing before chanting Love, Peace and Harmony.
According to ancient teachings, karma is the record of your service in this lifetime and previous lifetimes.
Karma can be divided into good karma and bad karma. Good karma is created by offering good service, including unconditional love, forgiveness, compassion, generosity, kindness, sincerity, purity, and more. Bad karma is created by offering unpleasant service, including killing, stealing, lying, taking advantage of others, criticizing, gossiping, and more.
To learn more about karma, read chapter 2 of The Power of Soul.

Yes, it is different from Reiki. Reiki practitioners and other healing modalities generally work with universal energy. In Tao Source Blessings, we work with the soul, which is the essence of everyone and everything. We respect and honor all forms of healing systems and prefer not to compare one with the other.
