Product Order Form

Please use this form to place an order for the following products to be displayed in your Tao Changs or centres.

Notes:

1. All products will be provided at cost price as received from the vendor.
2. Additional charges will include shipping charges and export licences fees. We will be able to confirm these upon receiving the orders.
3. Items will be shipped directly to your shipping address.
4. Order delivery timeframe: From the date of placing the order it may take 45 days production time and 10 days for shipping each order.
