A theoretical physicist focused on string and grand unification theories, Dr. Rulin Xiu’s work was at a standstill until she was inspired and guided by Dr. and Master Sha to mathematically formulate soul, mind, heart, and consciousness.
Using physics, she subsequently created a grand unification theory to unify soul, spirit, mind, heart, and consciousness with physical existence. In short, Rulin Xiu found a way to scientifically prove the existence of soul.
Born and raised in China, Dr. Xiu received her doctorate degree from UC Berkeley in 1994 for her research on string theory and grand unification theory (GUT). She is also an entrepreneur, herbalist, singer, healer, avid gardener, and author. Her previous work includes the book Divine Love, and she hopes to inspire readers around the world to understanding of the importance of soul and knowledge of how to heal and revitalize this important cornerstone of our lives. As a dedicated student of Master Sha, Dr. Xiu devotes her life to seeking the ultimate truth.
Dr. Rulin Xiu is a quantum physicist and string theorist, herbalist, entrepreneur, author, speaker, divine love messenger, singer, dancer, healer, Tao practitioner, and most importantly a woman.
Although Rulin’s talent for cracking mathematic problems was recognized while she was still a child in China, no one took it seriously until she was in high school, receiving rewards for all science competitions she entered.
Recruited by the best science and technology university in China, while in college Rulin fell in love with quantum physics and Einstein’s work, heralding the beginning of her life-long pursuit of grand unification theory.
A Ph.D. from University of California Berkeley on her work on grand unification theory and string theory came next. However, success was tinged with frustration as a satisfactory solution to grand unification theory eluded her. Frustrated with her work and her inability to define what was missing, Rulin turned back to her childhood fascination with herbs, and from this she created what became a thriving business. Serendipitously, the business required a move to Hawaii, and it is there that her life took a turn toward the spiritual, a turn that would reignite her interest in grand unification theory and provide the missing piece.
On 09/09/2009, at the urging of friends, Dr. Rulin met Master Zhi Gang Sha, MD, a spiritual teacher and leader, a world-renowned spiritual healer, and a New York Times bestselling author. This meeting between a spiritual master and quantum scientist prove to be fruitful and significant, leading Rulin to investigate how to unify spirit or soul, heart, mind and body at the fundamental level. To her great delight, this research has led to a grand unification theory more beautiful, more simple, more powerful, more profound and more satisfying to her than any she has anticipated.
It was during a workshop with Master Sha that Rulin had an aha moment, a recognition that she had found a way to define spirit or soul, heart, and mind as physics quantities. And through this, she has been able to derive mathematical formulas about soul, heart, mind, energy, and matter. As a result, she can explain spiritual phenomena through mathematical formulae. More importantly, her work unifies science with spirituality at the fundamental level.
Working with Dr. and Master Sha, and with his spiritual guidance and blessing, Rulin has also developed a deep understanding about the essence of our existence, how our reality is created, and where everything comes from. Together, Master Sha and Dr. Rulin received three major spiritual and physical laws and found the mathematical expression for them.
Part of the result of her research on the grand unification theory is debuted and presented in the book they co-authored, Soul Mind Body Science System Grand Unification Theory and Practice.
Rulin as a herbalist and entrepreneur
At just six years of age, Dr. Rulin collected herbs and sold them at local Chinese pharmacies. Thus, it was not surprising to her parents when, as an adult, she came up with formulas and technologies to produce highly effective natural remedies and supplements. Although she had never worked at real job, and with no financial backing to speak of, she was able to set up two factories, one in China and one in Hawaii, to manufacture her formulas and sell them. Her natural remedies and supplements have helped many people live a healthier and better life. And in providing jobs, she has also helped local farmers and indigenous people. .
Rulin as an author, speaker, and messenger of divine love
As a scientist, herbalist, and entrepreneur, Dr. Rulin maintains a very low public profile.
In 2004, after moving to Hawaii, divine appeared to Rulin and she had profound experience about divine love. Then, in 2013, she received a book from divine titled Divine Love. Divine told her that her job is to awaken humanity to divine love as well as to the grand unification theory and practice; that it is her mission to unify science and love.
The divine inspiration has led her to step up to become a writer, speaker, and more importantly, a divine love and grand unification messenger. Although a new arena for her, she is committed to sharing her wisdom, knowledge, and divine inspiration with humanity. For her, this is a sacred calling. It is a divine task and responsibility.
Dr. Rulin as a singer, dancer, and healer
Although she loved singing and dancing since childhood, Rulin’s parents discouraged these pursuits. Her passion for singing and dancing is ignited, in fact, enhanced and uplifted by Dr. and Master Sha. Master Sha has, in fact, taught her how to use her singing and dancing to channel divine’s love, healing, and blessing for people.
Now Dr. Rulin performs at concerts, events, festivals, conferences, weddings, and birthdays. Her greatest joy is in being the channel to bring divine love, abundance, joy, beauty, healing and blessing to millions of people and organizations.

For Dr. Rulin, everything in life is spiritual practice. She sees the greatest potential and possibilities in a human life, and for her, spiritual practice is the way to reach infinite potential and possibilities.
Tao is the source of everything. Tao is the universal principles. Tao is the way of life. She has been learning Tao from Master Sha.
Dr. Rulin as a woman
As a woman, Rulin loves beauty and sees it in everything, every moment. However, she doesn’t need expensive clothes, bags, makeup to satisfy her desire for beauty, but rather finds beauty in what is around her.
She loves gardening as much as, perhaps even more than doing scientific research. She normally lives on the produce from her garden, rarely buys groceries.
She loves spirit-guided traveling filled with adventure, joy, and inspiration. She loves communing with the spirit of land, plants, animals, earth, heaven, connecting and sharing with people whenever she goes.
